We can tweak the wattage per centimeter so the heat hits the glass consistently across the whole surface. If you’re working in a tiny space but still need to hit high temperature targets, we can just build you a shorter tube with higher wattage. Simple as that. Quartz that actually holds up We use high-purity quartz because glass processing is brutal on equipment. The thermal shock is real. And if your heating zones aren’t a straight line? No problem. We can bend or contour the lamps to follow the profile of your glass. When you close that gap between the element and the workpiece, you stop wasting energy and your ramp-up times get a lot faster. A few things to keep in mind These units will plug right into your existing controllers, as long as your power supply matches the voltage and wattage we’ve engineered for you. But here’s the thing: when you pack more power into a smaller physical space, the lamp itself gets a lot hotter. You’ll want to double-check that your mounting brackets and housing can handle that extra heat without warping. And one last tip—keep an eye on your airflow. If you push the wattage too high in a restricted space without enough air moving around, you’re looking at a burnt-out filament.
